In basketball there are many rules, there are fouls, travels, technical's and much more. I will be giving you some tips and basics on how to correctly play.
1. Don't deliberately hit,push,punch,slap,or talk "crap" to any of the other players this will result in you being charged with a foul or being thrown from the game.
2. When you have the ball don't walk with it that would be a travel and the ball would be given to the other team.
3. When dribbling do not use both hands at once. also don't pick the ball up while you are dribbling and then start to dribble again.
4.when attempting to stop the ball in midair or in someones hand while they are shooting do not touch the other player while they are attempting to shoot. that will result in a foul and either a turnover or the other team will get two free throws.
5. Don't ever talk to the refs after they have spoken what they says goes.
6. refs are the people that look like they have prison clothes on from the 1900's they call fouls travels and so forth.
